This week in 1990, The Black Crowes released their debut album, Shake Your Money Maker. A month later, the band played their first show in Baltimore at Hammerjacks. It was a $1 show on Monday March 26, 1990, and The Black Crowes opened for Junkyard. Both bands killed it!
The album eventually sold 5 million copies and the band became one of the most played rock bands on the radio in the 90's.
Shake Your Money Maker will be featured tonight at 11PM on THE VINYL FRONTIER.

Both are from the LP Zenyatta Mondatta.
SIDE 1 of this 3rd album from Andy, Stewart and Sting will play on tonight's VINYL FRONTIER at 11PM.

Most AC/DC fans heard about the sudden and tragic death of singer, Bon Scott from AC/DC on this day in 1980. His death on 2/19/80 came after a night of partying, but we may never know what really happened. There are so many stories and contradictions.
Join me, Bon and the boys tonight at 11pm on THE VINYL FRONTIER!
