An all-star tribute to recently passed Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist, and last surviving founding member, Gary Rossington, took place during the CMT awards over the weekend. The tribute featured Slash, Billy Gibbons, Paul Rodgers, Wynonna Judd, LeAnn Rimes, among others. The group performed Skynyrd tunes, Simple Man and Sweet Home Alabama.
