Chris Rock become the first comedian to globally live stream his new Netflix comedy special, Selective Outrage, over the weekend. The live stream emanated from Baltimore’s historic Hippodrome Theater. This also marked the first time Rock addressed being slapped by Will Smith at The Oscars.
