Mick Jagger and Keith Richards to be Honored with Statues in Hometown

The Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger, and Keith Richards will be immortalized with statues in their hometown of Dartford, England. That is the town where the two reconnected in 1961 to form a musical partnership after having first been classmates in 1950.

Jagger says he’s “honored and delighted with the news.”
