Three years ago, the town of Bel Air in Harford County presented Bel Air Beer Week for the
very first time. Now, in its third year, the event has expanded to showcase the growing
craft beer culture throughout Harford County and is now known as Harford County Beer
Week. I got together with Tim Stielper, the Front-of-House Manager for Independent
Brewing Company, a big supporter of this cool event. We grabbed a couple beers and sat
down next to Independent’s brewing system and talked.
