It was just about a year ago when I first met Colin Marshall of Diamondback Brewing. Colin, along with Francis Smith and Tom Foster founded Diamondback Brewing and are in a great space in McHenry Row—just look for the spectacular all brick smokestack! I caught up with Colin Marshall a few days ago and talked about Diamondback Brewing’s growth…and a philosophy they embrace called “slow beer”.
