WZBA “Timonium Motorcycle Show Trip to Orlando Getaway” Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Prizes:
One four day/three night stay for two at the Omni Orlando Resort
Roundtrip airfare for two from AirTran
2. Contest open to U.S. Citizens that are 21years of age of older. Must have a government issued photo ID as proof residency.
3. Two ways to qualify
A) Mail in to Qualify: On a 3”x5” piece of paper, print your first and last name, address (No P.O Boxes), city, state, zip, phone number(s) (Home and Cell preferred) and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) and place in a stamped envelope and mail it to WZBA “Timonium Motorcycle Show Trip to Orlando Getaway” 11350 McCormick Road, Executive Plaza 3, Suite 701, Hunt Valley, MD 21031. One entry per envelope and no mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Shamrock Communications (WZBA) is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misdirected mail. All mail-in entries must be received by 5:30pm onMonday, February 15th, 2010.
B) Qualify at the Timonium Motorcycle Show: The Bay will give individuals an opportunity to qualify at the Timonium Motorcycle Show, Maryland State Fairgrounds between 10a-9p on 02/12/2010, between 10a-9p on 2/13/2010 and between 10a-6p on 2/14/201010.
6. Winner must claim prize within 30 days of winning. If winner should fail to claim prize within 30 days a random drawing will be conducted from the eligible contestants remaining from the grand prize drawing
7. Winner can claim their prize at the WZBA-FM Offices, 11350 McCormick Road, Executive Plaza 3, Suite 701, Hunt Valley, MD 21031 during normal business hours.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for another prize, or cash at the request of the winner.
9. Winner agrees to sign a release for possible use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes and they indemnify and hold harmless Shamrock Communications and their participating sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, advertising and promotion agencies and the directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, damages, costs and liability arising out of acceptance/use of prize or prize travel. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor and their Promotional Partners are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, the announcement of any prize, or in the administration of the promotion.

11. Employees and family members of Shamrock Communications and broadcasting media outlets are ineligible.
12. Sponsor(s) reserves the sole right to substitute the prize(s) for one of equal or greater value or to modify, cancel or suspend this promotion, should fraud or other causes beyond the control of Shamrock Communications corrupt the administration, security or proper conduct of the promotion.
13. Shamrock Communications is the sole judge of all matters pertaining to this promotion and their decision is final. All entries become property of Shamrock Communications.
